Buying and ads
How do I find shops near me?
Open Shops and filter by district and city, or search for a shop, product or category.
How do I contact a seller?
Open the shop's page to see the contact details the seller added, such as phone, WhatsApp or social media.
How do I post an ad?
Go to Ads and choose Post an ad. Your ad goes live right away. How long it shows depends on its category.
Can I edit or delete my ad?
Yes, from My ads. Expired ads and ads blocked by an admin can't be edited.
Selling and shops
How do I start selling?
Choose Switch to selling in the profile menu and add your NIC number. You keep one account for both buying and selling.
When can buyers see my shop?
Once an admin approves it and it has an active plan. Your plan starts when the shop is approved.
Can I edit my shop?
Yes, from My shops. Editing doesn't change its approval or plan. Shops an admin didn't approve can't be edited.
Why is my shop hidden?
Shops are hidden while waiting for approval, when they have no plan or the plan has expired, or when you deactivate them. My shops shows the reason for each shop.

I forgot my password
On the sign in page, choose Forgot password? to reset it.
How do I change the language?
Use the language menu at the top of the page to switch between English, Sinhala and Tamil.
My account is blocked
An admin has blocked your account. Your shops are hidden from buyers, and you can't make changes until you're unblocked.
