These terms apply when you create an account or use Weladasala on the web or in the app. Please read them before you sign up.
1. About Weladasala
Weladasala is an online marketplace that connects buyers with local shops and sellers. We provide the platform only, and we are not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.
2. Your account
Give accurate details when you register, including your mobile number, email and, for sellers, your NIC number. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
3. Shops and ads
Sellers are responsible for their shops, ads, prices and offers, and must make sure they are accurate and lawful. We may review, refuse or remove any shop or ad.
4. What isn't allowed
Don't post illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous items, misleading information, or content that is offensive or uses someone else's work without permission. Don't harass other people, send spam or try to misuse the platform.
5. Buying and selling
Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. Check the item, the price and the seller before you pay. Weladasala isn't responsible for the quality, safety or delivery of items, or for payments between users.
6. Seller plans
Some seller features, such as shop plans, may have a fee. The price and what each plan includes are shown before you choose one.
7. Reports and blocking
You can report shops and ads that break these terms. We may block any account, shop or ad that breaks them.
8. Your information
We use the details you give us to run your account and the marketplace. Details you add to your shops and ads, such as contact numbers, are shown to other people.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using Weladasala after a change, you accept the updated terms.
